Our passion for gas engines

Expertise that comes from afar

Our experience in gas engines dates back to the 1950’s. A long and innovative journey, which has led us to become experts in the creation of CHP systems. Today, we offer advanced and reliable solutions, designed to work with different types of gas, for a more efficient and sustainable energy.

Expertise at the service of clean energy

Our specialization has evolved over time and has allowed us to develop cogeneration technologies capable of improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact.

The CHP unit is the most efficient system for producing energy, utilizing solid, liquid or gaseous fuels. Unlike the sole production of electricity, which has an efficiency limited to 30-35%, cogeneration, combining the production of electricity and heat achieves an overall efficiency of around 85%. Cogeneration maximizes the use of fuel, reducing waste and emissions and offering a more sustainable and economical energy solution.

With our products, we help transform energy in an intelligent and environmentally and resource-friendly way, offering real benefits to businesses and territories.

OUR CHP

SYSTEMS

Our CHP systems adapt to different fuel sources and are designed to offer efficient and sustainable energy solutions. Each type of CHP unit – methane, biogas, biomethane and syngas – exploits the peculiarities of the fuel to meet specific environmental and yield needs. This diversification allows for optimizing costs and environmental impact, while ensuring reliable and flexible performance. Finally, our CHP units are designed to minimize noise and the polluting impact of exhaust gases.

METHANE CHP UNITS

Methane CHP units are a consolidated and widely used solution, perfect for applications that require a stable and continuous supply. Methane, available in many areas and with a high calorific value, ensures constant performance and a high energy yield. This type of cogeneration is ideal for industrial and civil facilities, in which the availability of natural gas is constant and guarantees an excellent cost-benefit ratio.

BIOGAS AND BIOMETHANE CHP UNITS

Biogas and biomethane CHP units, on the other hand, are designed to exploit renewable sources, such as agricultural residues or organic waste. By using biogas or biomethane, these CHP units not only contribute to the reduction of CO₂ emissions, but transform organic waste into useful energy. They represent an ecological solution that promotes the circular economy and are useful in all situations in which there is waste to be recovered, such as farms, waste treatment plants and water treatment plants.

SYNGAS AND SPECIAL GAS CHP UNITS

Syngas CHP units complete our range by using a gas produced by the gasification of biomass. This type of CHP unit is particularly suitable for those who want to transform materials that would otherwise be difficult to convert into energy, while reducing the environmental impact of waste. Syngas CHP units represent an innovative and sustainable choice, suitable for industrial companies and waste management plants.

OUR INSTALLATION SOLUTIONS

The installation solutions for our CHP units vary to meet the different installation and application needs. Each type offers specific advantages for the various application destinations, ensuring energy optimization, flexibility, operational security, respect for the environment and an effective maintenance logic.

CONTAINER INSTALLATION

Container installations are designed for the most demanding applications, as they guarantee protection and resistance, even in challenging environmental conditions. The durable and soundproof container is a safe and modular facility, ideal for outdoor installations and where high resistance is required.
The containers come either in standard version or customizable version.

CABIN INSTALLATION

The installation of CHP units in a cabin is an efficient and advantageous choice.
In fact, although compact, the cabins can be completely customized and facilitate installation, ensuring easier maintenance, protection and acoustic insulation despite their more compact size.

OPEN INSTALLATION

Open CHP units are ideal when they are installed in dedicated rooms where no particular soundproofing is required. Direct access to the components facilitates maintenance and reduces costs, maintaining high efficiency without compromising the functionality of the system.

Why choose our CHP systems

Choosing our CHP units means relying on a safe and high-performance energy solution. Our history is, in fact, a strong point for the sizing of the motorization, which is the starting point for the construction of the system.

APPLICATION VERIFICATION

Verifying the site where the CHP unit will be positioned is the first step to ensure a safe and optimized installation. Our technical staff carefully analyzes the operating context, identifying the ideal conditions for getting maximum energy yield and minimizing plant emissions.

Customization

We customize each project based on the specific needs of our customers. From size to technical requirements, we adapt our CHP unit to perfectly meet the characteristics of the application and the facility.

Quality and testing

We aim for maximum quality with rigorous testing of each component. Each CHP unit is tested to withstand the most challenging conditions, ensuring reliability, safety and consistent performance over time, in compliance with current regulations.

Easy maintenance

Easy maintenance is a fundamental added value. Our systems are designed to simplify access and ensure rapid interventions, minimizing machine downtime and optimizing management costs for the user.
