Dear Customer,
with Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21 March 2022, later amended by Law No. 79 of 29 June 2022 and the subsequent Energy Services Authority on the “non-rebated development of biogas and biomass plants with a power of up to 1 MW” of 19 September 2022, the current Law allows the full use of the installed technical capacity for the production of electricity from biogas in generating plants in operation on 21 May 2022.

After considering the diffusion of often imprecise and misleading news relevant to the permitted interventions, TESSARI Energia SpA has decided to send this letter to specify what is certain to date.

More precisely the following:
1) In order to contribute to energy independence from imported sources and to promote renewable production in the agricultural sector, they permitted the full use of the installed technical capacity for the production of electricity from biogas from already operating plants…
