Everything is ready at BioEnergy Italy, the event that takes place from 18th to 20th March in Cremona and includes all issues relevant to energy production from renewable sources. Tessari Energia is ready as well; this Paduan company has been a leading national and international company in the sector since 1950. We took part of the Cremona event with a number of important pieces of news.
The event, explains the owner, Nicola Tessari, is an important appointment for our company and our products as it is a meeting point for the demand and offering of products relevant to bioenergetics resources. The proposals by Tessari Energia include modularity; indeed, 1 MWe can be installed by three 340 kWe machines and this ensures the plant efficiency, even in the event of a temporary technical stop of a generator set.
Moreover, the open version or the container version are forefront solutions both for the design and the components, whether primary or secondary, with performances of 85-86% relevant to the thermal recovery from water and fumes.
What do you expect from this event? “We hope that we meet the operators interested in this type of technology and take advantage of that; we address to designing studios, the professionals involved in the energy balance, final users, manufacturers of plants and accessories who work in the cogeneration industry and complete the package of proposals to the final customer”.
Indeed, currently Tessari Energia is working in Italy and Europe where we want to increase our business. The governmental incentives granted to self-production from cogeneration makes this moment favorable for the industry and stimulates operators to increase commercial proposals as well as to optimize and standardize production by using components that are tested to reliable qualitative standards resulting from the constant research aimed at getting the best results.
Despite this, we hope that there will not be speculation phenomena aimed at illegal gains which would cause great damage.
Considering the development potentialities, the owner adds: “ the development of the industry is strictly connected to the acknowledgement of 0.28 euros per each self-produced Kw; therefore, it is important that the government support is kept over time.

In the last few years, Tessari Energia Spa has invested specifically in the generator set sector and, in particular, in
biogas powered systems equipped with original motorizations by MAN, a company Tessari Energia Spa has been efficiently collaborating with. This type of production includes machines with a maximum power of 400 kWe.
The proposals by Tessari Energia include modularity; indeed, 1 MWe can be installed with three 340 kWe machines; this fractionization ensures the plant efficiency in the event of a technical stop of a generator set.
Tessari Energia Spa can meet the needs of sector specialists such as designing studios, power balance professionals, final users and plant and accessory manufacturers.
A favorable moment, due to governmental incentives granted to the industry of set generators, stimulates commercial proposals as well as optimizes and standardizes production. This is possible by using components that are tested in accordance with very reliable quality standards deriving from constant research aimed at getting the best results.
As a concrete example of the possible applications, see the power plant supplied by S. Carlo company from
Fossana (Cn) which has the following characteristics: 1MWe installed power, power plant made with 3 generator sets with 333kWe electrical power per unit, thermal recovery with modules for recovering from water and fumes, 3 Man E 28 42 LE 312 motors, feed: biogas from wet waste with 5200 kcal/Nm3 heating power, consumption of each generator set:
150 Nm3/hour, thermal recovery per generator set: 364,210 Kcal/hour equal to 423 kWt, generator sets managed by
parallel machines/ panelboard of parallel network.

The Tessari solutions for 1 MWe power plant is known and well-accepted by the market: the Company proposes 3 generator sets with power per unit of 333 kWe, managed by a panelboard of parallel machines/ panelboard of parallel network; this modular solution allows for continuous service, even if a machine needs to be stopped for maintenance or because there is a temporary lack of biogas to feed the whole power plant.
The after-sales support assistance completes the packages offered by Tessari; indeed, we propose specific maintenance program scheduled in accordance with the needs of the plant manager. In order to improve this service, remote monitoring has been implemented via the web; its management can be customized in accordance with the final customer’s needs.
